Pierre and Jean Dietrich took over from their father (biodynamic since 2003, formerly supplier to a cooperative) and built Europe’s largest straw-bale house.

Focus on natural methods. Harvest by hand. Maturation, 12 moons min. Average 40 hl/ha. Organic, biodynamic. Tiny sulfitation, if any.

  • Petillant Naturel 2018 – 50% Muscat, 50% Alsace grapes
  • Quetsches alors 2018 – 5,5% PetNat from plums. Plums from the orchard; Riesling from Hahnenberg for the bubble fermentation.
  • Alsace 2018 – Blend of Alsace grapes: Sylvaner (50%), Riesling, Gewurtzraminer, Pinot * 4 (Blanc – Auxerrois – Gris – Noir), Muscat, Chasselas.
